  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, on Australian orders over $99
  • How soon will my order ship?
    Unless it is a custom order, all orders are shipping within 1-3 business days.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in South Western Sydney, NSW, Australia
  • Do you have a shop I can visit?
    No, we are predominantly an online store. However, we do attend local markets and events which you can find on our Markets & Events page.
  • Can I pick my products up from you?
    No, we do not permit this
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, however, International shipping rates from Australia can be quite high, so we advise you check your order and are comfortable with the shipping costs before finalising payment. Also we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to importation taxes or other fees imposed on you by your countries government or local postal carriers.
  • Do you do in-person readings and healings?
    Currently I am only offering email readings and distance healings. When you purchase a email reading you will receive a digital download form asking you for some basic information, agreement and your question. When you purchase a distance healing you will receive a digital download form asking you for some basic information, agreement and to schedule a time for your healing session so you can prepare yourself.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    It depends on what you require, but yes, if I can source the materials and make it, I will.
  • Are you able to source a particular crystal or metaphysical product for me?
    Let me know what you are looking for as I have a lot of stock that is not currently on the website, I also have other crystal resellers and my wholesalers that I can try and source for you. No promises, but I always try and do my best to help my customers.
