Benzoin oleoresin essential oil is helpful in alleviating insomia, easing anxiety, relieving cold and flu-like symptoms and assisting in the healing of small cuts and scrapes as well as dry skin. 
 
Add a few drops to your diffuser at night as you prepare for sleep to assist you getting a restful nights sleep.
 
Add a few drops to a carrier oil and rub into dry skin to soothe and relieve.
