The Heart Chakra (Anahata) is the 4th Chakra and is located at the centre of the chest, it's colour is Green and mantra is Yam.
 
The Heart Chakra relates to Love, Compassion and Acceptance.
 
If your Heart Chakra is balanced you will feel empathic, emotionally balanced, loving, compassionate and more tolerant.
 
If your Heart Chakra is unbalanced you may feel lonely, critical of others, jealous, demanding or having issues with your heart and lungs.
 
Use this vibrational spray in your sacred space, when you meditate and in your aura.  Personally I like to spray directly in-front of me and walk into the Mist allowing my body to absorb the vibrational energy of the Mist, whilst focusing in on the Heart Chakra.
