Add a few drops of Clary Sage to your Diffuser to create a calm environment
 
Add a few drops to a carrier oil and add to a warm bath to alleviate menstrual cramps and symptoms.

Odour: Herbaceous aroma with bitter overtones
 
Do not use Clary Sage when pregnant or breastfeeding.
