If your Heart Chakra is balanced you will feel empathic, emotionally balanced, loving, compassionate and more tolerant.
 
If your Heart Chakra is unbalanced you may feel lonely, critical of others, jealous, demanding or having issues with your heart and lungs.
 
Diffuse a few drops daily to assist in gradually balancing your Heart Chakra
 
Add 5 drops to a carrier oil in a roll-on and gently massage into your Heart Chakra daily.
